Culture or armchair? Both! The Sutga Rumantscha is a multimedia cultural armchair on which you can comfortably get to know the Rhaeto-Romanic language. The chair is equipped with built-in speakers and a tablet and offers various contents: from idioms to music to funny tongue twisters in the Rhaeto-Romanic language.

We have always been committed to issues such as ‹education through travel› and sustainable tourism. This also includes the preservation of the Rhaeto-Romanic language as a Swiss cultural asset. And the best thing: there are two Sutga Rumantscha. The first one has been at the wellnessHostel3000 in Laax since January 2021. Another chair travels from youth hostel to youth hostel and can be loaned by third parties for special occasions.
