The Swiss sustainability label ibex fairstay has honoured the hostel in Saas-Fee with an award for its exceptional performance.

As part of the Hospitality Summit, the Swiss sustainability label ibex fairstay distinguishes four of its members offering particularly outstanding performance. The wellnessHostel4000 in Saas-Fee won the «Best of ibex fairstay 2023» award for the best overall performance. Chantal Anthamatten has been running the hostel with its wellness centre, public indoor swimming pool and restaurant since the very beginning. By continuously pursuing its sustainability goals, the team has managed to run the business in an exemplary manner for both guests and locals. wellnessHostel4000 is an excellent example of how a tourism service provider can also add value for the local population.
