Holidays & compensation
- Standard of five weeks’ holiday and 13th monthly salary
- Minimum wage of CHF 4,000 for 100% jobs
- 6 weeks’ holiday from 15 years of service or from 55 years of age and at least 5 years of service
- Loyalty bonus from 10, 15, 20 years: Additional monthly salary or 4 weeks of holiday in your anniversary year
- 5-year seniority bonus: free overnight accommodation for 30 people (one-time)
- Family & friends discount for overnight stays

- Free membership for all employees (including partner hostels)
Free accommodation
- Accommodation voucher up to CHF 2,100 per year, based on workload & duration of employment
- Not valid from 26 December – 2 January in mountain youth hostels
