      What could be better than relaxing after an active day in the snow in the comfortably warm hot tub with the best view directly of the Eiger North Face? From 4 pers., CHF 20.- per pers. Use on request. Registration at least 1 day in advance.

      Children ski free of charge on saturday

      Up to three children (6 to 15 years) receive a complimentary day ticket on Saturdays, when an adult buys a day or afternoon ticket for the list price. The offer is available online and at any train station in the Jungfrau Ski Region.

      Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe 3'454 m above sea level

      The Jungfraujoch is located in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Jungfrau-Aletsch-Bietschorn. Snow and ice are 100% guaranteed. The Sphinx observation building, the Ice Palace, the plateau for walks in the eternal snow - these are year-round attractions on the Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe.

      International Lauberhornrennen, 14.–16. January 2022

      International ski race organized by FIS with a downhill, a slalom and a combination. It has been held annually in Wengen since 1930.

      King of the First hill, 12. March 2022

      A people's downhill race for everyone. 8 kilometer long downhill with 1,300 meters altitude difference from Oberjoch to Stählisboden. Categories ski, snowboard and fun.

      World Snow Festival, 17.–22. January 2022

      Grindelwald will host the 39th World Snow Festival this winter. It is a celebration of ice-cold art, where international artists design figures and sculptures out of 3 metre high blocks of snow.

      Longest sledging run

      The longest toboggan run in the Alps, the «Big Pintenfritz», from Faulhorn to Grindelwald (15 km)

      Outdoor-Fondueexperience

      With its gentle topography and varied speciality cheeses, the Destination Gstaad offers the perfect mix for sophisticated bons vivants. In Fondueland Gstaad, there is nothing more natural than enjoying a delicious fondue surrounded by the mountain landscape. 

      Gstaad sports centre

      Sportzentrum Gstaad sports centre is the perfect alternative or complement to a day of winter sports in Gstaad. It was recently rebuilt for this winter. New features include a heated outdoor swimming pool.

      Red Run slope on the Glacier 3000

      The ski area at 3,000 metres offers much more than guaranteed snow. The unique Peak Walk – a bridge connecting two mountain peaks – provides a fantastic view of the Vaud, Bernese and Valais Alps. Since the 2017/18 season, the new Red Run slope has been taking skiers from 3,000 to 1,300 metres over eight kilometres.

      43rd International Hot Air Balloon Week in Château-d'Oex, January 22 - January 30, 2022.

      More than 70 balloons from different countries will benefit from the special microclimate and take to the skies. Colorful highlight over the Saanenland!

      Bödeli bike tour

      Hire a bike from us in winter too, take an exploratory ride through the villages of Interlaken, Bönigen, Matten, or even as far as Wilderswil. Visit the small town of Unterseen, extend your trip to Lakes Brienz and Thun and experience your very own harmonious tours, tailored to your own needs.

      Curling

      Curling in front of a breathtaking backdrop. But watch out! Don’t get too distracted by the impressive winter scenery when curling. Every day from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., the newly covered curling rink can be reserved for groups of up to 8 people per rink for a game. Curling requires no previous experience and is great fun even for beginners.

      Inferno Ski Race, 19-22 January 2022

      The Inferno Race, first held in 1928 by «skiing-fanatic» Englishmen, is now considered the biggest amateur skiing race worldwide.
