Time to hop on your bike – ride and sleep

On the national route 2, it’s (almost) all about the River Rhine – and bicycles, of course! It starts in Andermatt, in the canton of Uri, before heading in a big curve around the eastern part of Switzerland.  After an ascent to the source of the Alpine river on the Oberalp Pass, you follow the river through exciting landscapes, along the banks of Lake Constance, passing by the roaring Rhine Falls and beyond, in the direction of Basel.

Some of our most beautiful youth hostels are located along this route!

Enjoy uncomplicated overnight accommodation that also awaits you with an optimal infrastructure.

    • Our Trin Youth Hostel is located on stages 1 and 2
