Information

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send your Hostel Card abroad. If you do not have an address in Switzerland, you can acquire a membership at the reception of one of our 51 youth hostels or contact your local Youth Hostel Association YHA.

    Membership for persons from their 18th birthday up to the Swiss retirement age. Price without posting and packing (CHF 1.50).

    Family

    Family Hostel Cards Premium are for dads and/or mums with children up to the age of 18. Partners and children receive a free individual Hostel Card Premium to travel independently. Price without posting and packing (CHF 1.50).

    Group Membership (Personal)

    The Hostel Card Premium for groups is issued personally and cannot be transferred to other people. Personal Hostel Card Premium for groups are for leaders (at least 18 years old) of groups of 10 persons or more. Holders of personal Hostel Card Premium for groups can order for free an adult, senior or family Hostel Card Premium. Price without posting and packing (CHF 1.50).

    Group Membership (Non-personal)

    The Hostel Card Premium for groups can be transferred (group guide of a minimum age of 18). For schools/organisations/groups with 10 people minimum. In addition to main card ordering up to 3 additional cards is possible. Price without posting and packing (CHF 1.50).

    Senior

    Membership for women from age 64 and for men from age 65. Accompanying grandchildren up to 18 years of age do not have to become members. Price without posting and packing (CHF 1.50).
