Important information
- Late check-out: on request for a fee.
- Baggage may be stowed in the lockers against payment of a deposit before check-in and after check-out.
- Please use the linen provided. Guests are not permitted to use their own bed linen or sleeping bags for hygiene reasons.
- Please leave your bed linen in the laundry basket provided at reception on your day of departure.
- Shower towels (CHF 3) are available at reception for a fee.
- WiFi ‘Monzoon’ available free of charge throughout the building. Login details can be found on your receipt/invoice.
- For safety reasons, the entire house is smoke-free!

Sustainability
| Windows, heating, lighting | Please close the window when the heating is switched on. When you leave the room, please turn off the lights |
| Water | Use water carefully. Do not run the taps unnecessarily, take a quick shower and report dripping taps. |
| Toilets | Please do not throw any objects into the toilet apart from toilet paper. Instead, please use the waste bins provided for this purpose. |
| Recycling | Place separable waste on each floor in the bins provided. |
| Bed linen | For the sake of the environment, we do not change towels/bed linen during your stay. If you would like fresh towels or linen, please ask at reception. |
| Public transport | Please use public transport whenever possible. |

As an ecologically oriented youth hostel, we take our responsibilities towards the environment seriously and strive to reduce emissions and use sustainable products in all areas. We aim to promote quality-conscious, socially responsible and environmentally friendly tourism.
