Cosy garden seats are available (gravel, grass). However, the garden can unfortunately not be accessed directly from the restaurant due to the spiral staircase.

Both the garden seating area as well as the restaurant can be reached only via the outside area (gravel/grass slope, possible only with assistance, as too steep).

The recreation room offers easy wheelchair access.

Barrier-free accommodation

8 rooms on the ground floor of the Delémont Youth Hostel offer barrier-free access.

The ramp has a slope of 12%.

There is no lift.

The width of the doors to the rooms is 80 cm.

Barrier-free wet cell

A disability-friendly shower/WC is available on the ground floor.

The wet cell dimensions are:

• Width of wet cell door: 79 cm
• Width of the shower door: 72 cm
• WC seat height: 53 cm
• The washbasin is wheelchair accessible: 72 cm

Barrier-free journey

By train / by foot

From Delémont Railway Station 1.7 km, from Morépont Station 400m, approx. 5 minutes

Take the Postauto from Delémont Railway Station in the direction of Moutier (around 3 minutes). The Postauto departs at hourly intervals, and claims to offer wheelchair access. Alight at the bus stop Morépont, then 4 minutes to the Youth Hostel (pavement).

By car

From the pavement, a gravel path with a moderate upwards incline leads to a steep asphalt ramp, and this leads to the entrance. The gravel parking area is located approx. 20 metres from the main entrance.
