At our à la carte restaurants, we welcome external guests and hotel guests. We look forward to your visit.

Burgdorf Castle Restaurant

Treat yourself to regional specialities from the castle kitchen and enjoy your time at the Burgdorf Castle Restaurant.
Open from April to October: Monday to Sunday and November to March: Wednesday to Sunday.

Restaurant 3a, Interlaken

Look into the chef’s wok and decide how you want your dish to taste. The dishes are refined with seasonal vegetables and spices, served with pasta or rice.
Open all year.

Restaurant Biblau, Laax

At the alp station, dishes are prepared for you fresh in the show kitchen. Classic favourites are available at the buffet. Plus you can enjoy the panoramic view over Lake Laax and the mountains.
Open all year (closed during the seasonal break from 26 October to 15 November 2023).

bistro4000, Saas-Fee

Colourful, fresh and delicious: these three adjectives describe the menus at the trendy bistro4000. OOur kitchen also offers regional tapas for a sociable aperitif or delicious cakes and good coffee in the afternoon.
