Seasonal dishes

We offer delicious and well-balanced menus every day. The menus include a salad or a soup, a main dish and a dessert. All dishes can also be served as vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free.

The current weekly menu plans are posted at our youth hostels.

Soups

Spring dishes

  • Vegan Chickeriki Nuggets or chicken nuggets with rosemary wedges served with tartar sauce
  • Ancient spelt pasta with herbed cream sauce, green asparagus, radishes, cherry tomatoes and leaf spinach
  • Veggie balls in a cream sauce, served with Pizokel (Swiss dumplings) and broccoli
  • Chickeriki burger patty or meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots
  • Schnitzel or vegan schnitzel on Mediterranean veggie ragout with new potatoes
  • No-meat chilli with pilau rice and mangetout
  • Mince with macaroni and apple sauce or beef mince
  • Lentil burger on a red vegetable curry with basmati rice
  • Planted Chicken stroganoff with spaetzle noodles
  • Stroganoff with pork strips, served with rosemary spaetzle noodles and green beans
