What to bring

Ankle-high, sturdy hiking boots with a good tread, weatherproof clothing, Thermos flask/bottle, headlamp, possibly hiking poles (can be borrowed from the hiking guide for CHF 5 upon prior request), possibly camera

600 metres in altitude / length approx. 6.5 km / duration (hiking time only) approx. 3 hours 30 minutes to 4 hours

Prerequisite: sure-footedness and a head for heights, as well as good condition / suitable for adults and experienced adolescents
