Canoeing on Lake Schiffenen

Spend a wonderfully relaxed day on one of Switzerland's most beautiful paddling lakes, and discover the cultural diversity of the City of Fribourg. It's so easy: following a short stroll through the Old Town, collect your hire boat at the River Saane, and enjoy the 4-hour journey on Lake Schiffenen. When you have reached your destination, travel back to Fribourg by bus or train.

1 night in a dormitory incl. HB, 1 canoe trip on Lake Schiffenen.

Costs:

• adults CHF 105.50
• children aged 6–16 from CHF 72.50

Details:

• 2- to 4-seater canoes are used.
• Price includes paddles, lifejackets, boxes, route plan and instruction before the start.
• Organisation: starting time in Fribourg, Passerelle des Neigles: 09.30–10.30 a.m, return at Schiffenen Bay: 4.00–5.00 p.m.
